The Legend of the Blue Moon Butterfly is a lullaby written for children who may have experienced the loss of a sibling. It is an ode to those beautiful, yet brief, lives that have graced us but for a little while, leaving an indelible mark upon our hearts.
It is also a timeless tale dedicated to the mothers & fathers who have wondered if their loss has meaning or have grappled with hard decisions when it comes to allowing life to take the course of God’s plan.

Women, the world over, face momentous decisions when it comes to the birth of their children. Pregnancies can be joyous, or they can come with heartbreak. But one thing remains true—there is no mistaking a life that miraculously takes hold, even if it is for a very brief time.
Every year, approximately 7.9 million infants are born worldwide with serious birth defects. An estimated 240,000 newborns die worldwide due to congenital disorders.

Introducing
The Storyteller
H.s.i.Merillat is a debut author & illustrator from the piney woods of East Texas, where she draws on her serene surroundings to create imaginative stories for young children. She found her passion for writing fantastical stories while raising her own children, often writing poems with whimsical watercolor illustrations. Now with a new generation of starry-eyed grandchildren, she has drawn again from this dreamt up world, to introduce a series of children books for others to enjoy.
These wonderfully, immersive stories take the form of two series, each with three unique stories. The Dreamery Series explores the unbridled joys of childhood, full of marvelous adventures and wondrous dreams. While The Swamp Swing Series, brings to life the quirky musical adventures of the fun-loving creatures living in their beloved swamp.
Come along for the journey and enjoy a world unbound by traditional conventions, where excitement can be found everywhere.
